Rental Rates Per Villa
One of the things that makes Fowl Cay so special is its exclusive and private setting. Depending on the size of your group, smaller parties can rent one or two villas and larger groups of family or friends have the option to hire the entire island for private use. Plus you can stay for two weeks or just for five nights, depending on how much time you have to get away. Either way, we are happy to accommodate your time frame.
We do however recommend a minimum stay of a week, as shorter periods never allow enough time for our guests to fully take advantage of the island and its surroundings. Advertised prices are provided by Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd. (the UK's in-house tour Operator for Sandals and Beaches Resorts, as well as Fowl Cay Resort).
Minimum stay: Five nights, with the exception of the "Holiday Dates", highlighted below, when there is a seven-night minimum stay.
Holiday dates: 01 Jan - 27 April and 21 Nov - 31 Dec 2025.
Please note: For non "Holiday Dates": A 25% deposit (of the villa price), in addition to our standard deposit of £175pp, is payable at time of booking, with full payment due 71 days prior to arrival.
For "Holiday Dates": Full payment is required at time of booking, which is non-transferable and non-refundable.
For all dates, a £2,000 security deposit is required at time of booking.
Prices Listed Include All of the Following:
- House Rental & Linens - A/C, ceiling fans, private bath per bedroom, satellite TV, DVD, iPod Dock, full kitchen, deck or patio, and more
- All Food and Beverages consumed on Fowl Cay (including alcoholic beverages)
- Motorized Boat*
- Golf Cart*
- Tennis Court (racquet and balls available)
- Kayaks and Sailboats
- Bocce Court
- Snorkel, Fishing, Waterski and Tubing Equipment
- Internet
- 24-hour access to the Hill House which includes a dining room, open bar, swimming pool, exercise room,pool table, dartboard and board games.

* Small boats are available for guest use pending competency test and weather conditions. Golf carts are available for guests.
Please note the following limitations for each boat per villa:
- 17' vessel - 4 persons maximum or 500lb for all passengers
- 18' vessel - 6 persons maximum or 850lb for all passengers
Due to safety reasons, should the cumulative weight of the guests exceed the maximum safety capacity then guests are welcome to hire an additional boat from a local vendor.
