Rental Rates Per Villa
One of the things that makes Fowl Cay so special is its exclusive and private setting. Depending on the size of your group, smaller parties can rent one or two villas and larger groups of family or friends have the option to hire the entire island for private use. Plus you can stay for two weeks or just for five nights, depending on how much time you have to get away. Either way, we are happy to accommodate your time frame.
We do however recommend a minimum stay of a week, as shorter periods never allow enough time for our guests to fully take advantage of the island and its surroundings. Minimum Stay Requirements: 7 nights over Holiday Periods. 5 nights over non-Holiday Periods.

Please note: Fowl Cay is closed in September for maintenance. A 25% deposit (of the Villa price) is due at time of booking, along with a Security Deposit of US$1,000. Further terms and conditions may apply.
Prices are correct at time of submission, are subject to availability and can change or be withdrawn without notice.

* Small boats are available for guest use pending competency test and weather conditions. Golf carts are available for guests.
Please note the following limitations for each boat per villa:
- 17' vessel - 4 persons maximum or 500lb for all passengers
- 18' vessel - 6 persons maximum or 850lb for all passengers
Due to safety reasons, should the cumulative weight of the guests exceed the maximum safety capacity then guests are welcome to hire an additional boat from a local vendor.
